Always rinse after exposure to salty (sea) or chlorine (swimming pool) water
If dirty or have debris on them, rinse with cold or warm water gently
Wash in warm soapy water and either let them dry or wipe with lint free cloth
The cleaning cloth and case can both be washed in warm soapy water
Do not use any cloths with an abrasive surface including paper towels
Do not clean in a dishwasher
Do not use chemical cleaners or expose them to hand sanitiser
Do not leave them exposed to extreme heat or cold
